Question about Sanyo DWM400 DVD Player
I have been having my dvd player for 2 yrs and today it powered on but now does nothing else. It has a dvd in it but it will not play, eject the dvd or power off.
Unplug the DVD player, and plug it back in. Turn on the power by pressing the power button on the DVD Player. You should see the disk icon in the upper left hand of your screen. Press the eject button on the DVD player.
I have been having problems with the Model DMW-400 that I have been trying to troubleshoot. The above method worked for me to retrieve a disk when none of the buttons were working. Hopefully it will work in your case.
