Question about Plantronics 510 Voyager Headset - PLN-510 Headset
Seems that my volume down switch is not working - feels loose/not connecting. I want to open the cover to see if I can fix without sending it away to service. There seems to be a slot near the charger plug...
Why bother. Send in with copy of receipt. One Year Warranty covers most problems (not physical misuse or abuse though) Do not open unit. Will invalidate warranty.

Press and hold both the Speak Volume
Adjust Buttons on the base unit until
the indicator in the Call Control
Button starts to flash.
Press and hold the headset Listen Volume
Adjust + Button and headset Call
Control Button until the Status
Indicator flashes red and blue.
Pairing completion is indicated when the Call
Control Button indicator
illuminates solidly, and the Status Indicator flashes
