PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key. This is a uniqueeight-digit code specific to your SIM card. This is required when the PINnumber to unlock your mobile phone is entered incorrectly 3 times. You are thengiven 10 attempts to enter your PUK code. Please dont try more than 3 times.If you try more than 3 times the Sim will get locked.And it will ask for PIN code.Both these PUK and PIN code can be given only by the network service provider. Please call the network service provider of your mobile.And ask him to provide the PUK code or PIN code.He will ask you some basic details like name,date of birth for his verification.And he will provide you the PUK and PIN code.This is done for free of cost.

your puk code will have come with your sim card.
if you have lost it then, you will need to contact your service provider(orange,tesco,e.t.c.). there is no alternative way to get this code
