Looked through our saved manuals and did not find one for the SU42. However, here is what we know about this model: It was factory programmed with two channels: Ch1 is 464.500 (Brown Dot) and Ch2 is 464.550 (Yellow Dot), both on 25k channel spacing. (This radio is not narrowband capable.) The radio also has 32 programmable PL Codes. You can see your PL Code by pressing down the PL button for 1 second. The code number will be displayed on the screen. Using a standard PL code charge you should be able to determine your code.

That means as the manual says " Boot Failure "... Now the home website "which isn't working anymore" suggests that you contact support. They would recommend you a firmware update, me to will do same.
