Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player

Refresh database it's stuck on refresh database for the past two months. I called tech support nothing works.

Try taking out the battery then put it back in then turn it on. that should do it.

Sansa e260 frozen on refresh database

Make sure USB mode is MTP....If this doesn't work make sure that you are connected to a 2.0 USB port....I had to install the update on to my labtop and finally it recognized it and updated

Push the power button in until it turns off then proceed with the above

"Refresh Database" never ends!

If you try to load too many songs onto the player initially, it may take up to an hour to get past Refresh database. Unfortunately, if you shut the player off while it is refreshing, it will more than likely ruin your player. Run the Sansa Recovery Tool or Update the Firmware on your Player as a workaround. Make sure the hold/lock switch isn't activated, just as a safeguard.

Sansa E200R gets stuck in refresh when I turn it on

STEP 1 – Reset the device
  1. Press the Power button and hold it for approximately 10 seconds.
  2. Release the Power button once the device is powered down.
  3. Turn the device back on.
STEP 2 – Download and Install the Sansa Firmware Updater

If that does not fix it, please post a comment with an update to your problem.

Refresh database

You can try to reset the device by pressing the power button for about 15 to 20 seconds..if that doesnt work I would recommend you to go to the sandisk site to update the firmware on your device or you can contact sandisk to they can help you with updating the firmware on your device..Please follow the link below to get the firmware

Sandisk e270r stuck in the refresh database mode

The same thing happened to me. I just called the support number, and they e-mail you a firmware upgrade. It solved all my problems with it.

Stuck on refresh database

Simply reset the Sansa e250 by holding the power button down for 10-15 seconds.
