In renewing my Norton 360 Premier Edition, I was prompted to enter a password. Actually, I was asked to set up a new password initially, which I did. At some point in the download process, it asked for my password. I entered the new password I had set up. Message: You have typed the wrong password. I clicked on forgot password, got an email with a temporary password, meticulously typed the temp password, and got the same error message. I re-typed it 2-3 times and gave up. VERY frustrating that this happened. EVEN MORE FRUSTRATING that there was absolutely no option for helpQ&As in this situation anywhere in the set-up process, ie: what happens if the temporary password does not work? THE MOST FRUSTRATING that there was no offer of live chat assistance or phone number. I would not buy the product based on this inaccessibility of customer service from Semantec, but I've already purchased it and it would be a losing battle trying to get my money back.

To turn off norton 360 premier firewall just follow the steps below.
1. In the Norton 360 main window, click Settings. 2. In the Settings window, click Firewall Protection. 3. In the Firewall Protection Settings window, click General Settings. 4. On the General Settings tab, do one of the following: * To turn on the firewall, check Turn on Firewall. * To turn off the firewall, uncheck Turn on Firewall. 5. Click Close.

after installating the product
click on activation
enter the product key to activate the product
all you need is to download the premier edition, and if you already have the key for the premier edition that's good becuse you will just key it in when you are prompted.

Check how many product keys are provided with the Norton 360 premier edition product. If you purchased through authorised dealer, coordinate with the vendor to get it resolved.
