the same thing happened to me. enter the pin of your phone in both phones. It should work it did for me. you shouldn't have to enter it again. good luck
You need to get the MMS settings from your service provider. Call them, they will give you a pin number and send you a txt msg, when you receive it press the "save or install" options, then enter your pin when requested. That's all. ! Multi Media does not always work between networks !
