Logitech Illuminated Keyboard (USB) Connection stops working

Just got this keyboard a few weeks ago and it worked fine at first. Now it just periodically quits. I have to unplug it and plug it in again - it makes a couple of ding/dong noises and starts working again.....for a while. This happens about 5 or 6 times a day and is EXTREMELY annoying. I have plugged it into every USB post on my computer and it happens with every one. Please help!

Hi, kreich.

I recommend that you take your keyboard to another computer, work for a while, and see if it happens again. The problem might exist due to improper USB drivers or faulty USB hub, especially if you have problems with other USB devices.

Also, make sure you reinstall SetPoint software which came with your keyboard.

Logitech g19 keyboard no longer works

Hi, I suggest you to contact the Logitech support for a replacement this is an hardware failure and it's covered by
warranty terms.
If you are not under warranty you still can contact them as I know for instance in Europe they can offer you some
good deal on nowadays products for people with Logitech devices out of warranty.

Mx3200 keyboard

I had exactly the same problem - ie Logitech MX3000 keyboard with remote mouse and only the "F mode" key and few others seemed to work around the top of the keyboard, but I don't think I had the SetPoint software. So I found it and downloaded it (www.logitech.com/setpoint).

As soon as it was installed I was asked to secure the keyboard by pressing ctrl alt and F12 and then I had to type in a 16 digit code (given on screen) and then my keyboard started working again.

I didn't have a spare keyboard so I used the on-screen keyboard (Start - All Programs - Accessories - Ease of Access - On-Screen Keyboard).
