Question about Epson Aculaser C1100 Printer
Hi, my c1100 starts to show an error: "Service req E527". It starts after the firmware update. Before that it was spending a lot of time warming up or calibrating. Thanks, Nuno
What firmware version have you updated to? Check the sensor for the carousel. It could be that the sensor has got a nudged and knocked out of alignment. Remove the PCU and you will see the sensor on the left side above the carousel. Adjust it so it lines up better with the carousel. If it's still bad, check the sensor behind the LV/HV power supply. To do this you will need to remove the two power supply's.
