Hard drive won't read downloads

Hello my name is Tim Ehrhart, your whole problem is the fact you cant get it connected to the internet, ou have to be able to connect so the 360 can update the patches for the games because when microsoft repairs the xbox they erase all the updates you had. I hope this helps but it sounds to me like you need to plug the ethernet cable in and try to recover your gammer tag and account. Please let me know if you need anything further.
