Contact shop, less than a year old they are responsible for repairs / replacement. Have you read instructions to make sure that you have done all that you should regarding any draining of system thet is required.
this sounds like your freezer is operating properly, except that the drainage of the water when going through the defrosting mode is not draining properly, pooling on the bottom of the freezer and then freezing. Check the drainage hose for the defrost in the lower pan. I would remove everything, place in ice chest, let the unit completely thaw out and then inspect. I hope this is beneficial.
you have refrigerant on the floor you need to A&E FACTORY SERVICE @
1-800-862-9226. now you can not do it yourself you need a trained technicians to do the work
Greetings,
If the water is pooling under the bottom drawer. I'd say your drain is clogged..the drain will freeze over from something getting into the drain i.e. food particle....The best thing to do. Is use a hair drier to defrost the drain pan and then make sure your drain runs free by pouring water into it....
if this is pooling under the refrigerator and out on the floor..There is a drain pan problem..and /or the drain hose going to pan is out of the pan , or has a hole in it...correct as needed
If this has been helpful in fixing your problem..please leave a testimonial.....thank you
these machine are not equipped with a vaccum seal.
what people here is the air flows through the two vents in the bottom of the door as it enters these vents it escapes through the drin hole in the rear of the freezer,
most of the time people hear this is when there is alot of warmer air that gets into the freezer.
the drain tube should have a small curve to it before it goes into the drain pan and there should be a small amount of water left there this is to prevent, air from flowing into the freezer.i hope this will help you.
This water comes from the defrost cycle. The drain hole is probably
plugged with food. The drain usually goes to a small pan under the
condenser where it eventually evaporates. Look for a hole or slot in
the bottom of the unit.
The freezer defrosts every day. the puddle is from that. It is supposed to go into a pan at the bottom and evaporate. You need to look at the pan and determine if it has a hole or the drain hose is leaking somewhere.
