You should check with Car Toys or Best Buy but you will probably need an adaptor and a wiring harness. If your doing it yourself your going to need to know how to get the stock radio out and the wiring diagram for the Aveo. Sometimes you can find the wiring diagram on Google by searching for it but usually finding diagrams for 2008 vehicles takes a year or two before it becomes available.
If your CD player has a tuner in it already you shouldn't need one. If it doesn't have one, that presents some other options.

I would go to the Metra electonics website (www.metraonline.com) and go to the products page. On this page you can enter the year, make, and model vehicle to get information on what parts are needed for replacing the car stereo. The Metra dash kit number for this car is 99-3302 for single DIN radios and 95-3302 for double DIN head units. They have another kit for this car which is listed on their site as 99-3303. If you look up the kit, you can download or view the pdf document (http://documents.victorytechnologies.com//documents/product/3548.pdf) for the instruction manual and they will tell you in there how to take apart your dash step-by-step. I hope this information was helpful.

This is a very simple procedure...all you do is pull on it. The trim piece which goes around the stereo and instrument cluster is one piece and is held in by snaps. it will be easier if you take the drivers under dash panel off before pushing the dash bezel Be careful when you are removing it around the steering wheel-it can be stubborn, but moving the shift lever all the way into 1st gear and tilting the steering will all the way down will help.
