Question about Panasonic PV-GS16 Mini DV Digital Camcorder

1 Answer

Transfering Video I am using Windows Vista. I am trying to import video from my PV-GS16 Camcorder via Firewire, but it is not working. I plug it in and it seems to recognize the camcorder, and it brings up a screen that allows me to choose the format, and where to save the video. Then the next screen has a button that I click on to start importing video. When I click on it, nothing happens. When I try importing just a segment of my video, it gets to the same place and says something about the camcorder not responding. Do I need some additional software or what?? Thanks for your help!
