My Creative Zen V PLus was in the middle of recording a song when all of a sudden it turned itself off, and now it won't turn back on. What should I do?

Hey. for first: reset it, take a needle and put it in the reset hole in the side. connect it to power, best is not from the computer.. and turn on. it will probably rebuildt and so on.

You can rip audio CD using:
1. "application software" (getting a download from the support site) or
2. Windows Media Player 10 or 11 (WMP11 preferred).****

Okay. Zen V plus 4gb mp3 player controlling itself.


You may want to reset again. If you didn't know, find the reset hole right under the on/off slide and insert a pin in it and hold.

Wont turn on but lights are on


Zen V is dead
"If your Zen V is dead, wont respond to anything, try this, plug it in to the computer, hold the power switch in the on position, THEN trigger the reset button, worked like a charm for mine, I had thought it a lost cause."
