If its Xp Click on Start > Click on RUn
Type in CMD Click on Ok

Type in the command in there :

SC CONFIG SPOOLER DEPEND= RPCSS (Press enter)

Restart the computer

Again open the CMD type in:

NET STOP SPOOLER (Press Enter)

If your running windows xp, put in the XP install disc, restart the computer, and boot from the disk.

There will be 2 options for a repair, you want the 2nd option. So continue on until you see the 2nd option and choose it. This will repair the Windows directory, your files/data/software will be fine.

Maybe that's not the correct IP address.
If you have Windows XP:
1. Click Start
2. Click Run
3. Type cmd and press enter
4. Type ipconfig and press enter
5. Look for your gateway address, that's the address to put into your address bar.

Vista:
1. Start
2. In "Start Search" type cmd
3. Right click cmd that appears on the top and click run as administrator.
4. Type ipconfig and press enter
5. Look for gateway address
