Problem for Dell MusicMatch Jukebox Deluxe v8 for PC

On my dell computer will lock up when i receive a wav sound

my dell computer locks up with a wav sound effeict on all e-mails i get..
and it is musicmatch juke box it shows what does it
and you cant go to add and remove and remove musicmatch juke box,all programs that say is free to remove it you have to pay i do not use musicmatch juke box at all. i just want to gett rid of it.
do you have any good addvise THANKS

- NO THE UNISTALL DOWNLOAD YOU GAVE ME WILL NOT UNINSTALL SAYES FILE DOES NOT EXSEST. IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY TO REMOVE THE MUSICMATCH JUKEBOX FROM A DELL COMPUTER

Dont worry.We can resolve this issue with ease.Install the Ccleaner and uninstallation will be easy.Ccleaner is a free software and u can download it from : http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/download/86e6a458e780243c3a944b66ec60b319/.After u install it,click on Tools option once the Ccleaner is opened.U will see the list of all the programs installed in the system.Select the Music Jukebox and click on UNINSTALL.Restart system after that.issue will be resolved.let me know for more help

- If Ccleaner doesnot help,then we can try the MS Cleanup utility.If u have tried that as well,then another one would be to use Revo Uninstaller.

After installing the Revo Uninstaller,use only the option which says SAFE for uninstalling the Jukebox

First option will work for sure.Keep the second one as a backup and can use for future reference as well
