Lost manual/remote for the tv.The tv shows all the controls at the bottom of the screen, and continues to rotate them,ie bass, treble,color, tint, add channel, closed caption,etc they all keep flashing on in sequence.how do I turn that off

You just have to get to the MENU button on the remote for the ON screen setup menu and look for Picture adjustment set up to adjust the Pictures.

No, Tone controls are on the front of the unit only. If your passing video thru the unit you can go into the setup menu from the harmony and adjust all the sound parameters that way "on screen" The only "EQ" capabilities are for the Center channel only. You can adjust "speaker size". "Large" setting will give you a little lower response. "Small" will crossover the speaker at "100hz" That's about as far as tone adjustment goes on this unit.
