I have just bought 1.5" digital photo keyring from China. its got USB cable. when I connect to my pc nothing happens. I did not get any s/w with the package. There is no s/w for this to download pictures. where can get the free s/w download for DPFMATE 3.0?

- Thanks for the help. I needed to selec usb connect which was not on the manual I received with my order. After this the s/w was loaded automaticllly and i was able to transfer pictures. Thanks again.Best Solution

after connecting this device to the pc, click on my computer and it should appear in the menu as one of your drives, if it does then select it and you should be able to transfer pics onto to it, if this doesn't work, I would contact the company or return it.
