When I clean my carpets and hold the trigger only water comes out, there is no soap leaving the container . I have a Bissell pro heat 2X carpet cleaner.

My bissell proheat carpet cleaner wont dump water or solution. It will however **** up water and solution if dumped on the carpet. Help I cant clean up doggie pee and it smells in this heat!
