Just got my phone and can not get anything on the screen. Can call out or in but noting on screen. set/store and then up arrow but nothing but blank screen. HELP

- I tried to program my phone doing the index first& all I got was a blank screen. The only thing I have gotten programmed is the date & time. I also misplaced my instruction booklet.Could you please Email or mail me a new instruction booklet. Thank you jean Plecker. i had same problem. it was that i had the handset conected in the wrong place now my new phone is working fine.hope this help.

Can I program installation while other phones are still functioning
