Hi Ally, It does not appear as though there are any Windows 7 drivers for this Printer. Here is the link for the Vista drivers that you can try. Usually the Windows 7 and Vista drivers are the same.

If the pre-installed operating system is not windows xp and you just upgraded/downgraded to XP, you have to download the drivers for your audio device. You can download the drivers at: http://consumersupport.lenovo.com/driversdownloads/drivers.html

once you're at the website, type the serial number of your computer and hit search. scroll down to see the audio categories and select the driver for you audio device that is compatible with windows xp
