Hi Mr Fixman, my gogear is recognized by the computer, i can see the files, but as soon as i disconnect it from usb, it just turn off. Can you help me please?

it may not have enough power to turn itself on. The usb may charge the unit at the same as well that's why it turns itself on when connected. Try charging the unit for awhile and see if this changes anything.

hope it helps.

Can u please tell me how to charge my mp3 player Laser 2G ? its new and they told me that it will be charged when i put it in my computer but i tried and i could not even while my computer is charging .

The MP3 player is charged using the supplied USB cable. When you connect the USB cable into the computer's USB port when the computer is switched on.
If the MP3 player still does not charge, try connecting it to a different computer. If it still does not charge then the USB cable may be faulty.
I suggest you take the MP3 player back to the supplier for a replacement. You should get them to test the MP3 charging.

My ipod mini just stopped working cos i didn't recharge it for a while and now i have connected to the computer with the to recharge but the light won't turn on nothing is happening.

Sometimes when the battery is very low, it takes some while charging before the ipod will have enough power to start up the screen etc. Be patient and see how it goes. If nothing still happens, it might have crashed, in which case press the center button and menu at the same time and hold them to reset.

My mp3 won't charge

Check your usb cable if its ok, cos that's the major cause if your mp3 is not charging... or probably the battery cell is dead and cannot retain charge

Plug it into a USB port, and it should charge by itself. Use the USB cord Apple supplied for transferring data.

How do I charge a TrioClip MP3 Player?

When charging, you have to leave it on, or it will look like it's charging but will not actually charge.

MP3 Player Not Charging!!! (USB)

The most common cause is a flat battery. There is a trick to charging

the battery in these small mp3 players. It wont charge if it is turned

on, and it won't charges if it's in sleep mode (zzzz). Here what to do...
1. plug the payer into your USB port. or wall charger
2. switch thje player on
3. turn it off by either holding down the play button, or selecting

"System" from the menu
4. The screen will go black and the battery will begin charging.

My JVC Mp3 player wont start at all I charged it and everything

Does the computer recognise it when plugged into the USB port? If so, you could always try a Firmware re-load using the disc which should have come with the player - or obtained from their website. If you don't have a back-up copy of your music, make one first 'cos it'll all be lost during the re-load.

My m:robe wont work at all!

If the screen doesnt even light up then you pretty much stuffed.

If battery isnt charging then the battery's life is gone. you cant really get another battery all you can do is remove it to prevent damage and use it plugged in.

Open the case by unscrewing the four screws (2on bottom and 2 on side)

move the HDD (hard disk) and take out battery and unplug

replace HDD and lid.
