I want to manually open my sony DRX 82ou

the sony external dvd/cd drive stop ejecting the tray out of no where but continued to show up on my pc wondering if anybody knew a way to manually open it

almost all computer CD drives comes with a small hole at the front near the eject button. A straightened paper clip will do after powering in down or not.
