If the mouse and keyboard are wired, try changing the usb connectors around one at a time. If they are wirless and have a usb dongle, try the dongle in different usb plugs.
Hi, you'll need a USB receiver in order for the mouse to work with a computer. The USB receiver connects to the computer and transmits the mouse's movements and clicks to the motherboard. Without the receiver, your computer has no way to know what the mouse is doing.
You can purchase replacement receivers for many kinds of wireless mice, but for the price it will cost you are probably just better off buying a brand new mouse so that you know it will work correctly with the receiver.
yes yes
driver for wirless mouse on packard bell site appropriate operating system match ie XP vista etc.
look for small snap switch on ,mouse to ON OFF the device
same as unit holder may have a on off click switch
you have t push the buttons on the bottom of the transmitter and the key board then the mouse next, if it's a usb plug in be sure to plug it into the back of the computer. If you have a 9 pin plug then use a adapter from a 9 pin to usb plug so it will detect it. Once you have paired the mouse and keyboard to thereceiver it should see it and work. You will have to do this everytime you replae the batteris as well. Loads of fun.
Yes of course it has connector. There are two types of connection, wired and wireless connection. Since your mouse is wireless, it needs a bluetooth connection between your computer. Make sure that the computer you will be using has a bluetooth capable function.

Turn the mouse over and find the small
rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it to
Reset/Connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly.
If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press
the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or
glitch.
Hope this helps you. Bud
Depending on the type of surface your wireless mouse is on, then it's a possibility. I find with mine, when I've got a movie up on my TV (From my computer) and my mouse is on the coffee table (which is very reflective) my mouse will stay on constantly. When I move it back to my desk it'll shut off after a few seconds of inactivity.
So if your desk is reflective, you can try putting it on something that isn't to see if it helps.
First, change your batteries.
Next, make sure that after you push both link buttons (try to press them as close to simultaneously as you can) that you click the mouse button. Otherwise it won't actually link.
