I have a Panasonic KXtd 816. i need some advise how to do the rollover or call forwarding on first line busy to the second line. Only two lines are in use

-   any other way. I relocated the unit TD816 from house to another and the rollover never works again. The owner of the house said that the system did before and he did not paid any to the carrier for it, it wasn't setup the rollover from the carrier. -   Guest

OK are both lines on same number(auxiliary)? if they are this would occur naturally,
if not you need to contact carrier & have divert facility enabled (*code*other number # )
