Question about Kensington Mouse-In-A-Box Optical Elite Mouse DB72121
My laptop is recognizing the USB wireless thing that came with the mouse. For about a week it was working fine. Now it reads the USB but when I move the mouse nothing happens. The cursor does not move.
Have you checked the battries in the mouse as the battries that com with the mouse don't last long and have you pressed the connect buttons on receiver and mouse as somtimes usb power receivers loose connection on laptops try this one. hope this works
