If you mean the time KNOB, then you are in luck. Sears can supply this for you either by internet "searspartsdirect" or any sears repair parts outlet. Also, on the internet, "repair clinic" can supply this for you. If the problem is the timer control, then you cannot get a replacement part; you must send the entire appliance to the repair center as indicated in the manual.
I would advise you to call Kitchenaid Customer Service. They would be able to send you a replacement timer knob at no cost. You may simply pull off the broken timer knob, and the new knob will snap in with ease.
Their toll free telephone number is 1800-541-6390.
I had the same problem where the time knob broke. I filled in a claim
form on the Oster Website and they answered within 3 days saying the
timer knob was discontinued and no longer available. They proposed to
replace the whole toaster-oven with another model 6073-33 which I
received last week. I've to say that their customer service was
amazing.
