The serial number, model number, and regulatory number should be located on the nameplate inside the battery compartment.

On the sticker behind the battery.

Assuming that you have voicemail oh your service plan with this phone, there should be a voicemail number that you call to get your messages, Many phones assigen the number 1 for this function, but if in doubt, ask your service provider.

Take the batter out you'll find it on the back behind the battery on a white sticker on the actual phone itself it'll say S/N: and your Serial Number will follow.

Click on messaging icon from main menu.
Click send message.
Instead of clicking text message click on pic/video message.
then you have 4 options TO: CONTACTS , TO Mobile#, To Email, And finally To Recent lict. Click on recent list and checkmark all the numbers you want deleted then click options bottom right corner then click delete.....
