Did you install the XP drivers or the Vista drivers? Vista drivers will not work with XP.

Here is what I came up with for you. Think that both drivers you are looking for are listed.

How do i stop windows search 4.0 from indexing internet explorer, it indexes on every web page i go to, internet explorer history shows up on summary of selected locations but cant get rid of

Does Windows Search only work on Windows XP, or does it also work on Vista? If you are using Windows XP, you can uninstall Windows Search 4.0 by going to the add remove software icon in the control panel.
In Windows 7, to remove Internet Explorer History from the indexed locations list, click the Start Button, and then type: control /name Microsoft.IndexingOptions then hit enter. in the Indexing Options, you can see the items listed. Click Modify, and on the Indexed Locations window that pops up, uncheck the box next to Internet Explorer History.
If you are on Windows Vista and find that neither of these suggestions work, sorry about that. I don't have a vista machine to try it on because I can't stand vista.

I want to install km266pro-8235 sound driver. but i can't found it

Kanwa -- Must say not an easy one to find. That's a pretty old generic motherboard. That motherboard has a Realtek sound controller (Your board needs the Realtek AC'97 drivers for your particular operating system).

If you use Vista or Windows 7 you should download the Realtek AC'97 Driver for Windows Vista /
Windows 7) 6.0.1.6305.

For Windows XP download the Realtek AC97 Driver for Windows 98/Me/2000/XP/2003 A4.06.

If one of these doesn't work then remove the driver and install VIA Vinyl AC'97 Codec Combo Driver 7.0b

The link is HERE.

Good Luck

How to download outlook express to send mails

You can't really download Outlook Express as it is part of Windows XP.
If it is not there, you can add it though the Add/Remove Programs option in the Control Panel. Select the Windows Components icon in the left-hand pane.

In Vista Outlook Express is replaced by Windows Mail, and in Windows 7 there is no email program, but you can download Windows Live Mail.

I want to remove windows vista from my Dell Optiplex 755 and replace with windows xp home edition, I can not find a down load site that has windows xp only programs to install on windows xp

If you meant for the drivers, download then from here... If you meant to Windows XP itself - You'll have to BUY IT! Otherwise, it's illegal downloading it from the internet...

I went from vista to windows xp I had speakers working on vista and when I went to windows xp they didn't work

If the computer hardware was "designed for Vista", it usually means that device-drivers for audio/video/network components for Windows XP will not be available. Switch back to Vista, or upgrade to Windows 7.

MY USB HSDPA MODEM WILL NOT WORK WITH VISTA HOME PREMIUM SP1

Be sure your system meets the minimum System Requirements.
• Standard USB interface
• Microsoft Windows® 2000, Windows® XP or Windows® Vista
• Mac OSX 10.3.7 up to Mac OSX 10.5 32 bit version
• Minimum 50MB of free hard disk space
• Minimum 128MB RAM

• Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher

Uninstall or reinstall SP1. Like Windows XP, Vista will not be reliable until SP2.

If you are using the USB modem via a PCMCIA USB 2.0 adaptor, then you will have a power issue. The PCMCIA cannot supply enough current to properly initialize a USB mode (500mA). You will need to get your self a powered hub or get yourself a HSDPA mobile.
