Try using your sim card in a previous or other phone. (one that is not soft unlocked but factory unlocked or branded.) if the sim still doesnt work then you may just need to get a new one from your provider.

In case there is no USB port, you may use the bluetooth dongle on your computer to transfer the files or you can also use a memory ard reader and insert your memory card in it, connect it to your computer and transfer the files.
You can only do that by using an additional Micro SD memory card that contains the music. Once inserted in the LG Shine, you can play it from the memory card or copy/move it to the phone.

hi there try cleaning the terminal contacts of your sim and also on the phone. or maybe your sim card bends a little try flatten it slowly. if not your phone has a hardware problem. must go to nearest service center to repair that.
