Call the company direct. I called them with the model number from my Hamilton Beach Food Processor and they shipped the item right to me the next week. The customer service number is 1-800-851-8900.

Contact the manufacturer and ask them to send a pole. Most manufacturers will send you missing parts right away.

Call Hamilton Beach at 1-800-851-8900, and you can order the part. They sent it out to me for free because they had such a long hold time. What great customer service! I don't forsee it costing very much normally, tho.
