Problem for Sony XAV-W1 Car DVD Player
Unit gets stuck on 'Sony' screen.

Everytime I turn on my car, the Sony XAV-W1 comes on but its stuck on a black screen that says Sony. The radio plays but the only thing I can control is the volume. I have to manually press 'Off' and then select an output. When I do this, a screen comes up that says 'Failure'. I can close out of this and then everything works normally but i have to go through this ritual EVERYTIME i get in my car. What's the problem?
