On Snap! Real Italian Saeco's are hard to find information on. Have you tried calling Saeco directly? When too much coffee comes out, it is usually caused by a broken filter basket - but your particular Saeco is about a $1500 machine (on sale), and is beyond my abilities - it has more than one nozzle, and the gaskets could be bad on either one of these - causing water to leak out too fast. I would call Saeco directly on this one.
