I had this phone for a couple of weeks and now all of a sudden its started to turn its self off and wont turn back on again now.
PLEASE HELP!
Your phone needs a software update, or it may be too late for that even. Call your phone company, at this point that's all that can be done. They can send out a replacement phone even if you don't have insurance. Who knows, it may be a recall on the phone.
Mine just quit too. When trying to start it, the buttons
illuminate followed by the "LG" logo on the display for a second and then it
all goes off. When on a charger that sequence repeats itself nonstop. In the
last week the phone shut off by itself two or three times but did start
afterwards. The warrantee expired last month. My solution will be to throw it
at an appropriate person at AT&T or LG.
