When my box does this I just re-scan it..that normally works...press menu then factory setting type in 0000 then go to installation and auto re-scan (will take several mins) when done make sure the emu key is on. and you should have all your channels back.

Ps if you need them the NTL codes are 00=B0 B8 4F 04 E6 5F 87 80 01=A3 EB EC 07 D6 49 D2 EB
To input the codes press menu then key in 1570 this will bring up another menu..enter nagravision to input the codes.
