Go to motorola survice centre with mobile phone bill. they will repair it at no cost.
Sounds like a glitch in the "flash" program on the phone. I have seen this on the L2 as well. You will have to take it into you local wireless providers store to see if they can "update the flash". Otherwise you can contact your wireless supplier (if you received the phone through them) or contact Motorola directly as they will usually overnight you a replacement. Hope that helps.
