1) Choose start. Select the printer. If the printer is not found in the list, turn it off and on and then click Retry.
2) If a screen displays prompting to make the printer the default printer, Click Yes and continue.
3) Turn the printer off, wait about 10 seconds and disconnect the printer power cord from the printer.
4) Turn off the computer or device that we try to print from. Connect the printer power cord to the printer, and turn on the printer, if it automatically powers on.
5) Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer and set the default printer.
I would take it apart and look for burnt spots on the circuit board and for blown capacitors. If it has a fuse, and it is blown, make sure you replace it with one of the same rating. DO NOT BYPASS IT! Also, make sure it's unplugged and wear a static grounding bracelet. Good luck

The OKI 5200 is a 'GDI' or Windows only printer and does not support PCL or PostScript languages. Most if not all of the printers listed support either PCL or PS or an inkjet based language. I'm afraid you will not be able to print the the 5200 without it's driver loaded on the PDA. If the 5200 supported PCL you would be able to choose any of the Color HP Deskjets.
