Im trying to put an xovision XOD1752BT in my 2005 ford focus and the wires in back of radio aint the same colors on the2005 ford focus can you tell me what color wires go on what color wires.

Hopefully you have not cut off the factory radio plug. Go to any store that sells car audio and buy the adapter harness for your car. The wire colors will then match up.

I have a 1998 Dodge Durango that someone cut the stereo wires out of. I want to put a new one in but cant find the wire diagram. Everyone I find is different than what is in the truck. What do I do?

A cheap way is to buy a stereo adapter for your vehicle. It shows the wiring diagram. This adapter is when you are replacing the radio with an aftermarket one

Wire harness to switch from stock stereo to cd player will not fit the wires that are supposed to? so what wires are the speaker wires

Not sure I understand your question. Did you buy a harness adapter for GMC, or are you trying to just cut the connector off the factory radio and solder it to your CD player? If the latter, below is the color code for your factory wiring.

My boyfriend is trying to install a cd player in my '94 cougar and there's this big grey wire thats taped up with the smaller colored wires. he dicided to cut the little plug thng off of the grey wire and...

Generally, the way I put an aftermarket cd-player in, is to use a new 'harness adapter' that connects to the old harness and has all of the wires color coded and labeled for easy installation of a new radio using wire nuts. I wouldn't try to cut into the existing harness, without knowing what was what.

What's the 'little plug thing' off of the grey wire?

Need wiring color codes to install a new radio

the easiest way to install a new radio is to get the wiring harness adapter for your vehicle it runs about $25 and then you do not have to cut the factory harness. the wiring codes will come with the new harness and is just matching up there color code to the new stereos color code.

I want to put a new stereo in and dont know what the colors of the wires in the van go to

If you are replacing the factory radio just get a wire adapter, wire it to you radio and plug in. I don't recommend any other way unless someone already cut the plug. If so just stop at your usual mechanic and ask for a wire diagram I know I would give one to my customers.
