I just installed a Leviton touch dimmer for my dining room chandelier. Now whenever I turn the light on there is an annoying humming sound coming from the switch area. How can I get rid of the hum?

- Thank you to those who posted solutions. Fortunately, through a little internet research I found that simply changing out the builder's grade light bulbs for a better quality bulb solved the problem.
Unfortunately, the hum is normal for operation of that type of dimmer at low levels. Sometimes the lamp filaments will also "sing" a high pitched sound.

I have a headboard with 2 westek 6043 touch dimmer lights. When I use the touch pad for one light, it also turn on/off the second light. I have separated the 2 touch pads and I have each transformer plugged into a separate outlet. Any suggestions?
