most of the mp3 players are recognized without installation cd itself. please answer me the following questions 1. are you using your mp3 player for the first time in your computer or you uninstalled the software and lost the cd .
2. what happens (or shown )in the screen of the player when you connect the device to your pc
Try this,put it in MSC mode,Plug into your computer,open My Computer,(The player will show as a drive)Open up the player,open the folders and delete what you want deleted.Then when you want to add more songs,Open it the same way as above and drag and drop them.You do NOT need to use a media player to load or remove items.And Please rate this solution.
you can go to your manufacturer's website and download the driver's needed for the item.. reboot and then plug it in and see if it reads it.. sometimes you have to manually extract those files first so be sure to try that too... hope that helps..d
well ya if you have liome wire and use somebody else comp that has windows media player its easy and it works. Plus you dont even need the installation disk.
YOu can get hold of the software from the Samsung website - support section. YOu will find updated software and firmware which should allow your unit to work better
