Now you are looking for a lot of work. You have to download Nlite and the sata drivers, then slipstreem them both onto a new installation disk. It is quite involved.

You should first check and see if you can activate the IDE function in your bios.

I know you can load your sata raid driver before the xp (clean) installation actually begin. By putting the driver on floppy disk, press F6 when the setup program ask you to press F6 for a third party driver.
