I need to download a copy of the manual for my Bakers choice.

I have a older model of a Bakers Choice Automatic Bread and Dough Maker. I don't have aclue of how to get started using it. Can I download a manual or perhaps get one from another source.

If it's a West Bend product, go to www.focuselectronics.com and click on West Bend. Then click on replacement parts across the top and search for your model. Focus Electronics took over West Bend.

On Westbend Bakers Choice one of the paddles is binding up. Dont see any way to lubricate or take apart to clean inside. Is there something I am missing?
Hi, You are not missing anything. The sealed bearing is starting to fail. Eventually the paddle will freeze up and you will need a new bread pan. Sorry Hank
