Question about Samsung SYNC SGH-A707 Cellular Phone
My cell phone got completely submerged in water. I got it out immediately. I dried it off, took off the back cover and removed the battery and sim. I shook it to where I didn't see anymore water coming out. Replace the battery and sim- phone turned on and acted like it was going to work. went to check my phone's address book and the phone froze, the screen messed up. I turned the phone off and let it sit for a while. I tried a little later- the screen would not come on. I tried a third time a few hours later-The phone would turn on the the screen looked fine but would not get pack the loading screen. It has been that way ever since. The initial submersion occurred a little over 24 hours ago. Is my phone a goner or is there still hope? If there's still hope, is there anything I can try or should I just keep letting it sit to dry out? Thanks
Hi ive had alot of people ask me this question they tend to drop theres when there on hol and cum back crying to me wot u want to do is buy some distilled water take ur batt out and sim and memory card and take ur case off put it in distilled water for 5 mins take it out and dab it dry this sounds stupid but get sum WD-40 and spray inside ur fone this helps to dispell all the water thats trapped inside and leave it under a lamp with a 60watt bulb on it fo9r 3 to 4days sumtimes it could take a week try that
