My Whirlpool Max 28's door will not stay closed,

My Whirlpool Max 28's door will not stay closed, the locking mechanism seems to have disengaged. The display works but obviously as the door is able to open it will not cook. Is there anyway to reset this or should I send it back (its 2 weeks old)?
