Leaking soap dispenser

While using the proheat steam rug cleaner the soap is now pouring out. I fill the soap dispenser and it empties before I'm half done with a room. I used to be able to do 2 rooms before having to refill the dispenser. Not sure if you can get replacement dispenser bottle for the machine.

I have the same or similar problem. As soon as I put the SmartMix bottle in place, it starts leaking solution onto the floor.Haven't figured out yet if leak if from the bottle valve lid or the compartment in which it is placed.

This also happened to us. I just got a new one in the mail - did it over the internet on their website. Haven't tried it yet so hope it is the solution to our problem.

Leaks water or cleaner when setting upright

Turn the setting knob to the rinse cycle when not in use, and you have leftover cleaning solution. This is the standard setting when storing , it blocks the soap from dispensing.
Empty the water tank and rinse after each use, and store empty.
If still leaking check the lid on the soap dispenser, make sure the gasket is even before tightening down and or the gasket between the water tank and the body, make sure they seal , check if they are straight and flush where they connect..

Water won't come out

Hi there SmartAlec from nelsonvacuums.com.au here. I think that the likely solution for the problem is that the water tank is slightly warped and so will not seal properly. Normally this is caused by using hot water in the tank. It should still be covered under warranty though just take it back to the dealer and get them to check it.

Soap is not dispensing out of the soap dispenser on the bissell

Pour some hot water in the machine and see if the hose is clogged. Is the pump making any noise when you hit the switch like it is trying to pump?
