All you have done Roma, is name off a motherboard with the renamed ALi M1531 chipset; the TX Pro.

Probably a PCChips motherboard.
In the early days, they weren't proud enough to put their label, on the motherboard.

I have mb TX Pro 3 and its hard to found driver software

Download belarc advisor from the link below. That will give you the manufacturer and motherboard model. Once you have that go to the manufacturers website and find your motherboard model. It will probably be in the support or downloads area. Once you find it all the motherboard drivers should be there. Sound, graphics, IDE etc

Lost old motherboard TX-Pro II drivers CD

Windows XP has generic video drivers that will work to get you going. Once you get Windows installed, you can go to the device manager and hopefully it will have your components identified. Next go to driverguide.com, they have many older drivers available. If your components are not identified in the device manager, search using your motherboard model number and manufacturer.

Do post here again if you need more help, I may be able to find the drivers if you are not able to.

Is visiontek a radeon hd 2400 pro agp 8 compatible w/ p4s800- mx?

ATI has recently written some better drivers for the 2400 Pro AGP cards,... Make sure the setting in the BIOS for the motherboard is set to the AGP or PCI for primary video. For AGP, make sure that you have the power from the power supply connected to the video card. Make sure that your motherboard does support 8X AGP video cards. If you are not sure, please check with motherboard manufacturer for compatibility.

Mother board - video card compatibility

if you have a built in video on mother board there is a setting in its setup hit delete at beggining right at startup for bios

you need to disable your built in video either by jumpers by manufactures book on jumper settings or go into bios at begining and see if there a setting to shut off on board video
these 2 are having conflicts with each other and you will only be able to see dos boot area with both these cards

and yes it is compatible as long the buses and slots have same configurations

Your install will run better if you remove previous software versions for the Radeon 9600. If your attempt to remove old software fails. ownload & run ATI's cat-uninstaller.exe found here.:
