Question about Cell Phones
The black plastic piece under the key pad is supposed to slide to the left and come off in your hand and the batteries should be right there: 4 AA batteries. When you take the key pad off and have a view of the batteries loom for two phillip head screws, remove the screws and the black piece and there should be an overide key whole. I hope this helps.
