Electrolux EOC6630 Pyrolytic Electric Single Oven
Problem for Electrolux EOC6630 Pyrolytic Electric Single Oven

Oven will not heat

After a electricity supply fault (low voltage) the internal light illuminates when I turn on the Oven or Grill but the element will not heat. The red indicator light for "heating mode" does not illuminate either. The fan will not run when "fan assisted heating" is selected. I should add that the clock was correctly re-set after the power failure. The unit has been disconnected, re-connected and clock re-set again but the problem persists. My fear is that the low voltage experienced for a period drew excessive current & damaged some of the electronic circuitry. Does anybody have any bright ideas or similar experiences?
Thanks in advance
