Maybe, you are using... a file manager and that you have deleted one important file for messaging, or maybe because of virus....its better to update your phone using SonyEricsson's Update Manager... Just follow the Instruction andi t will reset your phone to its original state...Take note to BACK - UP all important programs or things on your phone. like contacts and installed softwares... you can use the PC SUITE to back up those needed data.

Hope it helps!!!!

Hi, i have a problem with my nokia c7. in this last 1 week once i receive message or i got misscall, it is not come out in display. so, it is only appear in my inbox. Please help me how to fix...

Please open the message setttings and set the message center number of your service provider. Also clear off all the junk messages from the inbox and folders. Now try to reset the phone if there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation. Seeking help from the authorized service /support centre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.
