Re: ipod

U should try convert it with itunes instead.. it's a best solution to convert the song as .mp4 (or .aac in itunes). n it's faster copying to ipod rather than manually copy-paste.. n best of all, itunes' free, for windows - n of course for mac os

How to sync my i pod classic in i tunes

Hello, friend. If you are running iTunes below version 11, I can help you. Open iTunes and plug in your iPod. On the left hand side there should be your iPod name, go to your iTunes playlist and drag the songs you want to your iPod. For all of the songs, go to your iPod music library, even if you don't have songs, and on the bottom there should be a blue-ish bar. There might be a box saying "Autofill from iTunes library" click that ONLY if you want ALL songs from your iTunes to your iPod.
Or You may try this ipod transfer, it's a nice iTunes alternative that can help you manage iPod files including delete, upload, play, copy, etc. It's much easier to use than iTunes.

Can't combine old itunes songs from a different laptop to my new ipod on a new laptop!

it is not possible. it will erase the songs from your ipod if you sync the ipod to the new computer and all the songs from the new computer will be copied to your ipod.

If I were you. copy all the songs from old laptop to your new laptop and sync your ipod to the new itunes in your new computer and it combined all songs.

hope it helps..

Cannot pull up the library on my laptop. Ipod

First thing you might want to do is verify that the songs are actually deleted from your laptop. In iTundes, under the "Edit" pulldown menu, select "Preferences". In the Preferences window, select the "Advanced" tab. Note the "iTunes Media folder location", then run Windows Explorer, go to that folder, and see if your music is under that folder.

If not, there are various tools on the Web that can copy your music from your iPod back to your laptop. Google the words "copy music from ipod".

How to download songs to an mp3 player from itunes

MP3 players cant be used with itunes, Itunes is only for Ipods and such.
Just see where you download the actual songs. and put them in a folder and copy the songs into your MP3 player.

Or you can also try right clicking on the song in itunes and then copying and pasting it in the MP3 player

I remember there be a 'copy to' function under File, and you had to 'select all' in edit. If you can't figure it out tell me or look in help files/faq's.

AAC to Mp3 conversion problem?

My Dear Friend,
I too am an Apple 30 GB Ipod video user . I haven't faced such a trouble yet .Why don't you copy the songs from your ipod to a local or external drive via my computer(assuming you're a MS user too) . Then make the folder in which you copied your songs as the default song storage folder of your iTunes after clearing it of all the previous content .Then sync your ipod which cleans it for once . I can't guarantee it to work but there's no harm in trying out . This way you won't lose any information you entered about the songs . If the problem still persists try the toll free number and consult the expert (you might have to hold on for very long , but it's worth it if they can help you) . But first try the trick above . If it works you're in luck and have saved time .
